kantel
Kantel is my oldest oc still in use, being created on January 15th, 2017. He's changed a lot lol. Initially, he was the closst thing to a "sona" I had - He is used in old art with my friends to represent me. In about 2018 he gained a more concrete story called One Thousand Years Too Late. For the last 4 years though, he's been more of a familiar face I use more for his design and personal connection more than any character in a story. He has some defined character traits like an aversion to rules and a charming personality, but is otherwise a blank slate for me to change to whatever I need at the moment.
Within his lore, Kantel is one of 6 main gods. He was present when the universe formed, and has helped shape its purpose since. He wasn't always a fox, but his previous forms are long forgotten as he has stayed in this one form since the current iteration of the universe began. Kantel is very charming, and gets along well with people. This conflcits with his mischevious nature, which may drive away people who are more fond of rules, but he manages to get people on his side. He lives among people, and doesn't really act like a god. He mentors a demi-god, Kosti, and teaches him how to handle conflict, appreciating and fostering a good culture among your planet (Kosti 'rules' Earth), and other God Stuff.
- he is really into creative endeavors. visual art, music, writing, whatever, he likes to see what the people he helped create put out into the world. he is particularly fond of jazz or improvisitional art
- in his OTYTL story, he cannibalized his brother (another god), but since i no longer use any ocs from that story its just a random thing i can use in art if i feel like drawing blood lol

Kosti - Kosti has a lot less experience being a god compared to the other demi-gods of planets, so Kantel mentors Kosti for a few thousand years. They move around a lot, but have a primary home in Norway. Kosti looks up to Kantel a lot, and Kantel views Kosti as his most literal creation. Cultures and art may be vaguely descended from his influence, but Kosti was carefully patched together from all of Kantel's favourite things and values.
Qolba- Kantel's brother whom he has a rocky relationship with. Qolba was always much more rough around the edges, and unappreciative of the worlds they created together, which upset Kantel a lot. Both of them being alive for so long turned their relationship into years of petty conflicts that had no real reason to exist, just that they knew they hated the other for some reason or another. Qolba starts actively destroying planets, and Kantel steps in and kills him. An incredible amount of energy is released at his death, and Kantel uses it feed the town he lives in for years.
Devo - A lover of Kantel's, Devo is the demi-god of Saturn. They see eachother seldomly, both having pretty demanding roles and both being free-spirited people who prefer to wander alone, but love eachother a lot.
