Marina reveals herself to you much later, when you have a second close call. This time you are alone in your home and feel quite woozy. You drift off to sleep feeling a bit nervous, but mostly peaceful.
You wake up to a pressure on your chest, a bright yellow light overhead, and a 4-armed figure looming over you. 'She' tells you of the gas leak that would've killed you in your sleep if she had not intervened.
Its all very surreal - the orb shines so bright its difficult to make out the features on Marina's face. Still, she tells you of the details of your previous deal. If you find yourself in a situation approaching death, she will intervene. She says it is not your time to die yet and that she will let you know when it is.
She is very careful to be vague about what this means for you. You're not sure what you're giving in return for this temporary deal of immortality. She does not inform you of any agenda you need to fulfill.
